摘要
该文针对机房精密空调系统,建立了单台精密空调开启次数与使用寿命之间的数学关系。在此基础上,提出了以增加空调使用寿命为目标的多台精密空调集中控制方法。采用优先队列算法,根据单台精密空调的已使用寿命,选择要开启的精密空调,并综合考虑了多台精密空调的状态,根据室内温湿度的变化控制精密空调开闭,避免了单台精密空调的频繁启停,从而增加了精密空调使用寿命。利用Matlab仿真工具,针对某一自动化机房,进行了仿真计算。通过对实际量测结果和仿真计算结果进行比较,表明文中所提出的集中控制方法的优越性。
This paper presents a centralized control method with the purpose of prolonging the service life for high pre- cision air conditioner system and constructs the mathematical relation between start-ups and service life. According to the used life of single high-precision air conditioner, the proper one is chosen to open using prior queue method. A control method was developed to manage the opening and close of the high-precision air conditioner, based on compre- hensive consideration of muff-high-precision air conditioner system state and the variation of indoor temperature and humidity, with the purpose of avoiding opening and close frequently and service life of single high precision air condi- tioner. Matlab simulation tool is utilized in the simulation based on a computer lab. The simulation results are compared with practical measurement results, which verifies that the proposed method is more reasonable and feasible.
