摘要
近年来我国保险电子商务发展取得一定成绩,但仍然存在销售规模受限、产品结构不均衡、服务体系滞后、运营模式瓶颈等诸多问题,O2O电子商务模式的应用有助于解决这些问题。基于O2O视角的保险业服务体系的构建,应着重把握平台建设、产品研发、支付方式、线上线下对接、效果评估等关键点。
In recent years, China's E-commerce insurance has made some achievements. However, there are many prob- lems existing, including limited sales scale, unbalanced product category, service system and operation mode. O2O, as an e-business model, can solve these problems. Insurance service system based on the perspective of O2O should focus on platform construction, product research and development, mode of payment, coordination between online and offline and evaluation.
