摘要
对传动间隙、刚度、摩擦力矩等非线性因素对伺服机构的影响进行了说明,以飞行器电液伺服控制系统为研究对象,基于LMS Imagine.lab AMESim一维多领域系统仿真集成平台建立了仿真模型,有针对性地对传动间隙、摩擦力、机构刚度这些非线性因素对系统性能的影响进行仿真分析,所得结论为飞行器电液伺服控制系统的优化设计和性能预测提供了理论支持。
The effects of nonlinear factors in electric servo mechanism,such as transmission clearance,rigidity and friction were analyzed. Aiming at the electric hydraulic servo actuator of air vehicle as a research object,the simulation model was established based on LMS Imagine Lab AMESim one dimensional multi-field system simulation integration platform,to accordingly analyze with simulation the effects of nonlinear factors in the performance of system,such as transmission clearance,friction and stiffness of the mechanism.The obtained results provide a theoretical support for the optimum design and performance forecast of the electric hydraulic servo control system of air vehicle.
