摘要
《刑事诉讼法》是法学本科专业的核心课程,为了培养时代需要的应用型人才,推广合作式参与教学模式在该课程中的应用大有必要。合作式参与教学模式的理论基础包括哲学基础、教育学基础和心理学基础三方面。它能有效推动《刑事诉讼法》课程教学理念变迁,顺利保证教学与实务衔接以及促成相关教学保障机制完善。其具体运用方略包括宏观层面上营造平等合作的教学氛围,微观层面上优化课程具体教学方式。
“Criminal Procedure Law”is a core course for the law profession. In order to train the application talent meet-ing the era needs,it is very necessary that we spread the applications of cooperative participate teaching mode in it. The theoretical basis of cooperative participate teaching mode includes three aspects:philosophy,education and psychology. It promotes the teaching idea transition of the“Criminal Procedure Law”course effectively,accurately to ensure the teaching and the reality balanced,promoting the relative teaching safeguard system to be perfect. Its concrete application methods in-clude two aspects:setting up the equal cooperative teaching atmosphere in the macroscopic field,and optimizing the con-crete teaching method in the microcosmic field.
