摘要
目的观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将88例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组45例予以半夏泻心汤加减治疗,1剂/d,水煎300mL,三餐后口服。对照组43例予以多潘立酮10mg/次,三餐前15 min口服。2组均治疗4周。观察2组治疗前后临床主要症状积分、总积分变化情况,统计2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为89%,对照组为78%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后临床主要症状积分和总积分均低于治疗前(P均<0.05),其中治疗组餐后饱胀不适、早饱感、上腹部疼痛积分及总积分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),但2组上腹部烧灼感评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减治疗功能性消化不良具有较为理想的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective It is to investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on functional dyspepsia. Methods Eighty -eight functional dyspepsia patients were divided into treatment groups（45 cases） and control groups（43 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction, 1 does/d, decoction 300mL,oral after meals. The control group was treated with domperidone,10mg/time,3times/d,orally 15m in before a meal. Both the groups were treated for 4 weeks. The changes of clinical main symptom scores and total scores before and after treatment were observed in both groups, and the clin- ical curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 89% , which was higher than that 78% in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical main symptom scores and total scores after treat- ment were lower than that before treatment in both groups （P 〈0. 05 ）. The clinical symptom scores of meal full bilge unwell, earlier satiation, upper abdominal pain and total scores in treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but there was no significant difference in the scores of burning sensation in the upper abdomen between the two groups（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction has a perfect curative effect on functional dyspepsia, it is worth promoting in clinic.
