摘要
将野罂粟种子密封好保存在-24℃环境中10余年,定期调查种子萌发力,以探索野罂粟种子在低温冷藏下的活力变化。结果表明,野罂粟种子来源不同其冷冻后萌发力亦不同,人工种植一代种冷冻10.5年发芽势为27.0%,发芽率为56.0%;人工种植二代种冷冻10.5年发芽势为47.0%,发芽率为81.8%,二者均有播种价值。将野罂粟种子保存在一个相对封闭的环境中进行低温贮藏,对延长种子寿命是一个理想的方法。
In order to explore the germination variation of Papaver nudicaule's seeds sealed in- 24 ℃ more than ten years,the regular surveys about the germinating ability were carried out. The Results showed different sources of Papaver nudicaule's seeds had different germination. The germination potential of first-generation artificial cultivation seed frozen for 10. 5 years is 27. 0%,the germination rate is 56. 0%. The germination potential of second-generation artificial cultivation seed frozen for 10. 5 years is 47. 0%,the germination rate is81. 8%. The two kinds of seeds both can be sown. It 's an ideal method for extend the life of Papaver nudicaule's seeds that the seeds are preserved at low temperature in a relatively closed environment.
