摘要
对乙烯甲基醚马来酸酐共聚物(PVM/MA)多项性能进行测试。实验结果表明,PVM/MA由于具有独特的多羧基结构和优异的酸碱缓冲能力,能够起到维持牙齿表面和口腔黏膜p H相对稳定的作用;PVM/MA具有极强的螯合能力,螯合能力数倍于在牙膏配方中常使用的焦磷酸钠、三磷酸钠和植酸钠等螯合剂,能够有效螯合焦磷酸酶和碱金属磷酸酶,进而抑制牙结石的生成;PVM/MA能够提高活性物质在牙齿表面的驻留,增溶难溶成分,提高活性物质的生物利用率;PVM/MA能够在牙齿表面有效成膜,并长时间堵塞开放的牙根管,对牙齿表面形成保护,促进牙髓质生长,抵御酸性饮料的侵蚀,防止牙齿过敏。
Performance of PVM/MA was tested and compared with previous data and the latest data in literature. Following conclusions were drawn based on above tests. Due to the unique multiple carboxyl structure, PVA/MA possessed excellent acid-base buffering capacity and helped maintain the pH stability of teeth surface and oral mucosa. PVM/MA possessed strong chelating ability, many times stronger than that of sodium pyrophosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium phytic acid, which are often used in toothpaste formula. And, sufficient data confirmed that PVM/MA effectively chelated pyrophosphatase and alkaliphosphatase, thereby, inhibiting the formation of dental tartar and calculus. PVM/MA also improved the retention of active substance on teeth enamel, dissolved insoluble materials and increased bioavailability of active content. PVM/MA formed effective film on teeth surface, blocked the open dentin tubes for a relatively long time, protected teeth surface, promoted the growth of dentin, resisted the erosion of acidic beverages and prevented the teeth from hypersensitivity.
