辐照氟银猪皮在创伤所致皮肤缺损的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:与传统方法比较评价辐照氟银猪皮覆盖创伤创面的疗效。方法:大面积皮肤撕脱伤创面(A组)经积极抗休克、血压稳定后覆盖辐照氟银猪皮,小面积皮肤撕脱伤创面(B组)和肉芽创面(D组),邮票植皮后再用辐照氟银猪皮覆盖;感染创面(C组)经反复清洗后用辐照氟银猪皮覆盖。结果:体外抑菌试验表明,辐照氟银猪皮有很强的抑菌作用,A组创面渗出少,疼痛减轻,B组创面9±1.43d愈合,D组创面12±1.3d愈合,C组创面与猪皮平均粘附10±2.55d,肉芽新鲜。结论:辐照氟银猪皮能减少创面液体、蛋白质、电解质渗出,减少热量散失,从而减轻严重创伤后的超高代谢,促进肉芽和上皮生长,防治创面感染。 bjective:To compare the effects of radiated pig skin impregnated with Nofloxacin and silver (RPSINS) on wound healing with those of the traditional way.Methods:RPSINS was used to cover: the surface of large area of denuded skin after the patients recovered from shock and the arterial pressure became stable (group A); small area of denuded skin (group B) and granulation surface (group D) after stamp dermoplasty;infected wound (group C) after having been cleaned repeatedly.Results:The RPSINS was proved to have good antibacterial effect from experiments.It reduced exudation, lessened pain in group A; the wound surface was healed in 9±1.43 days in group B, in 12±1.3 days in group C;In group C PRSINS adhered to the wound for 10±2.55 days and the granulation tissue was fresh. Conclusion: RPSINS can reduce fluid and protein loss, maintain adequate electrolyte balance and reduce heat loss, hence it lessens superhigh metabolism after severe injury. It also promotes granulation and epithelial growth as well as protects the wound surface from infection.
