摘要
目的探讨用药护理干预在社区老年高血压患者中的应用价值。方法收集82例社区老年高血压患者资料,将患者完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例,观察组患者给予用药护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果两组患者护理前掌握用药知识状况、用药依从性、用药管理水平及血压控制率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者掌握用药知识状况、用药依从性、用药管理水平及血压控制率均明显优于护理前;且观察组均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对社区老年高血压患者给予用药护理干预措施,临床效果较为理想。
Objective To explore the application effect of medication nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension in community.Methods 82 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in a community information, were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each 41 cases,the observation group patients were given nursing intervention of drug control routine care,patients in the intervention group,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect.Results The two groups of patients before the master status of nursing,medication knowledge of medication compliance,medication management level and blood pressure control rate,the difference was not statisticaly significant（P〉0.05）;nursing,the patients in the two groups,understand the status of knowledge of drug compliance of medication,medication management level and rate of blood pressure control were significantly better than before and nursing;patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of aged hypertension patients in community to give medication nursing intervention measures of ideal.
