摘要
目的探讨中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的86例慢性支气管炎患者分为观察组与对照组,各43例,对照组患者应用西医治疗,观察组患者应用中医辨证治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.3%,明显高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎效果明显,恢复快,且中医不良反应小,操作简单。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of TCM treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods 86 cases of chronic bronchitis patients in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,each 43 cases,the control group used western medicine treatment,the observation group application of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 95.3%,significantly higher than 76.7% in the control group,the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of TCM treatment of chronic bronchitis and obvious effect,fast recovery,and the Chinese side effect is smal,simple operation.
