摘要
目的探讨可吸收螺钉与自身增强可吸收棒治疗手足部骨折的临床疗效。方法收集2011年5月至2013年4月我院收治的80例手足部骨折患者资料,将患者完全随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者选择可吸收螺钉实施治疗,观察组患者选择自身增强可吸收棒实施治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者在住院时间、痊愈时间及并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论对手足部骨折患者应用自身增强可吸收棒与可吸收螺钉实施治疗均具有较好的临床效果。
Objective To explore the absorbable screw and itself increases can absorb good clinical curative effect for the treatment of foot fracture.Methods Colection in May 2011 to April 2013 our hospital data of 80 patients with fracture of foot,randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each.Control patients choose absorbable screws treatment,observation group patients to choose their own enhanced absorbable rods treatment, compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results After treatment,two groups of patients in hospitalization time, healing time and complications,there were no statisticaly significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Application for foot fracture patient＇s enhanced absorbable rods and absorbable screws treatment has good clinical effect.
