超声引导穿刺活检在乳腺肿物中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下乳腺肿物穿刺活检(CNB)的临床应用价值。方法超声发现乳腺腺体内106个可疑病灶,14G穿刺活检针取得病理组织,将穿刺病理结果与术后病理进行对照。结果 94个可疑病灶成功取得病理组织。病理结果 :91个乳腺病灶的超声引导下穿刺病理与手术病理结果相符,3个活检穿刺报告为良性病变者手术结果为早期浸润性癌。超声引导穿刺活检在乳腺肿物诊断中的敏感性为95.4%,特异性为100%。结论超声引导下乳腺肿物穿刺活检是一种创伤小、实用、准确、可靠的早期诊断方法。
