摘要
文章讨论市场经济里的企业制度演进过程 ,即从单一业主制企业到合伙制企业再到现代公司制企业。一方面从交易费用角度揭示了企业制度演进的根本原因 ,另一方面则探讨了不同企业制度内部要素所有者的权力与利益关系演变的基本特征。
This article discusses the evolution of enter pr ise system in the market economy, that is, the evolution process from single-own er s ystem, partnership system to modern company system. On the one hand, the article rev eals the basic reason for the evolution of enterprise system from the transac tio n cost angles, on the other hand, it also inquires into the basic evolutionary c haracteistics of the relations between rights and interests among internal facto r-owners in different enterprise systems.
