摘要
加热炉中的烟气经过尾部的空气换热器后,其排出温度降至350℃~450℃。烟气余热因其温度高、热值价值大,具有较高的回收价值。以邯钢集团邯宝钢铁有限公司2250热连轧生产线的加热炉余热回收系统为例,分别从该系统的改造设计条件、主要性能参数及设备选择、布置等几个方面来介绍余热锅炉在加热炉余热回收系统中的应用。
The exhaust temperature of flue gas in the heating furnace will reduce to 350 ℃ -450℃ after through rear air heat exchanger. Flue gas heat has a higher recovery value due to its high temperature and calorific value. Taken waste heat recovery system of heating furnance in 2250 hot rolling line in Ganbao Steel Co., Ltd.of Handan Iron & Steel Group as an example, the application of waste heat recovery system of heating furnace in waste heat boiler from the following aspects such as reconstruction design conditions, main performance parameters, equipment selection and layout of the system.
