摘要
大数据时代的到来,使图书馆的数据来源及信息服务模式都发生了变化。图书馆应探索利用大量半结构、非结构化数据对图书馆的信息服务进行深度挖掘,以寻求新的发展模式。以省级公共图书馆为例,调查其在新浪微博这一社交网络中的信息服务现状,并利用社会网络分析方法分析其网络结构;进而探讨省级公共图书馆利用社交网络开展信息服务存在的问题,并提出发展建议,以期为公共图书馆利用社交网络开展信息服务提供参考。
The paper considers that the coming of the era of big data has changed data source and information service modes of library, and library should use a large number of semi-structed or unstructured data to deeply mine information service, so as to find new development modes. The paper takes provincial library for example, surveys status quo of information service in provincial libraries on the social network platform of Sina Microblog, analyzes its network structure with social network analysis, then discusses existing problems in provincial library＇s social network-based information service, and gives some suggestions, in order to provide reference for public library＇s information service basing on social network.
