摘要
柴油机试验室中的许多试验设备需要用到循环冷却水进行冷却,为此必须配备一套工业循环冷却水系统。传统工业循环冷却水系统供水压力波动大,能耗高,为解决这一问题,在循环冷却水系统中引用变频技术,在供水上进行压力控制,在回水上进行水池液面控制,不仅使供水压力保持平稳,冷热水池液面保持平衡,还有效地节约了能源消耗。
As many testing equipments in diesel engine laboratory are needed to be cooled by circulat-ing cooling water, to equip industrial circulating cooling water system is necessary. In order to solve the problems existing in traditional industrial circulating cooling water system such as large pressure fluctuation of supply wa-ter and high energy consumption, frequency conversion technology was adopted in the circulating water system to control the supply water pressure and the liquid level of the backwater tank. Benefited from the above modifica-tion, the supply water pressure and the liquid levels of cold and hot water tanks were kept stable and balance re-spectively, the energy consumption was also reduced effectively.
