摘要
在分析工程造价施工管理现状的基础上,结合全过程工程管理模式,对工程造价咨询服务提出了创新策略,即进行工程造价施工管理全过程服务,并从行业管理、市场管理、信息管理三方面提出了工程造价服务创新策略。
On the basis of analysis of the status of the project construction cost management,combined with the whole process of project manage-ment,it proposed innovation strategy on engineering cost consulting services,namely the engineering cost construction management of the full process. And proposed project cost service innovation strategies from in three areas of industry management,market management,and information management.
