摘要
基于CAN总线设计了采棉机在工作状态下的各个模块检测系统,实现对采棉机的运行车速、风机转速、割台高度、棉花流量和电气系统现状进行故障检测。基于Cortex-A8处理器设计智能终端,对各个模块进行集中参数设定,各装置模块所测采棉机工作状态参数可集中显示、存储和报警。田间试验证明:系统工作正常,能够适应采棉机恶劣的工作环境。
The cotton-picker each module detection system in working condition on CAN bus , to achieve the cotton picker operating speed , fan speed, header height , flow and electrical fault detection status quo system of cotton .Cortex-A8 processor design intelligent terminal lumped parameter settings for each module , each device module measured parameter set cotton picker working status display , storage and alarm based processing .Field tests show that the system is working properly , able to adapt to the harsh working environment cotton picker .
