摘要
冲蚀磨损是脱粒装置失效与破坏的重要原因之一。为此,利用几种主要的冲蚀磨损模型,结合Hertz接触应力条件下水稻脱粒的力学模型,建立了水稻脱粒装置的冲蚀磨损模型。以此为基础,研究了冲击角、冲击速度、硬度、强度、组织,对水稻脱粒元件冲蚀磨损的影响。同时,对脱粒装置的结构、形状、速度、材料硬度、热处理方式进行了优化。
The erosion is one of the main reasons for threshing performance destruction and failure.The paper presents theories of erosion.Based on hertz contact mechanics, the model of pressure were established.such as lash-angle ,lash-velocity ,hardness、strength、metallurgy etc influencing factors to erosion are also described The shape, Speed, ,classi-fication of materials and heat-treated of threshing performance are optimized.
