摘要
目的比较小剂量乌拉地尔和硝普钠治疗高血压急症的疗效。方法选取2012年11月—2014年1月东莞市人民医院收治的高血压急症患者92例,随机分为硝普钠组和乌拉地尔组,各46例。硝普钠组患者予以硝普钠治疗,乌拉地尔组患者予以乌拉地尔治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血压、心率变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后5、10、20、30、60、120、240、360min乌拉地尔组患者收缩压、舒张压低于硝普钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后5、10、20、30、60、120、240、360min乌拉地尔组患者心率低于硝普钠组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症的疗效显著,起效快,且不增加心率。
Objective To compare the effect between small dose urapidil and nitroprusside in treatment of hypertensive emergency. Methods A total of 92 patients with hypertensive emergency were selected in People＇ s Hospital of Dongguan from November 2012 to January 2014,they were randomly divided into nitroprusside group and urapidil group,each of 46 cases. Nitroprusside group were treated with nitroprusside,urapidil group were treated with urapidil. Before and after treatment,blood pressure,heart rate and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed. Results Before treatment,DBP and SBP showed no significant differences between the two groups（ P 0. 05）,but DBP and SBP of urapidil group were lower than those of nitroprusside group 5min,10 min,20min,30 min,60min,120 min,240min,360 min after treatment（ P 0. 05）.Before treatment,heart rate showed no significant differences between the two groups（ P 0. 05）,but heart rate of urapidil group was lower than that of nitroprusside group 5min,10 min,20min,30 min,60min,120 min,240min,360 min after treatment（ P 0. 05）. Adverse reactions showed no significant differences between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Urapidil has notable curative effect in the treatment of hypertensive emergency,works fast without increasing heart rate.
