摘要
基于水蒸气非平衡凝结动力学模型和水蒸气真实热力学性质模型,建立了水蒸气跨声速非平衡凝结流动数值模型,对喷管内水蒸气非平衡凝结流动进行了数值模拟,模型成功地捕捉到了凝结激波,并且模拟结果与实验数据吻合较好,证明了所建立数值模型的准确性和可靠性。在此基础上研究了水蒸气在跨声速流动过程中发生的非平衡凝结现象以及对流场产生的影响,发现水蒸气凝结现象对流场的影响非常显著;并对凝结激波的产生过程和原因进行了详细分析。
The vapor transonic non-equilibrium condensation flow in nozzle is simulated with the establishment of transonic non-equilibrium condensation flow numerical model by introducing the non-equilibrium condensation dynamic model of vapor and the real thermodynamic properties calculation model of vapor. The non-equilibrium condensation phenomenon of vapor in transonic flow, the effect on the flow field and the producing process of condensation shock are studied and analyzed in detail. The accuracy and reliability of established numerical model are verified by successfully capturing the condensation shock and finding that the results of numerical simulation are consistent with the ones of experiment very well.
