摘要
目前大学生知识产权意识仍较薄弱,以提升大学生知识产权意识为目的的高校知识产权普及教育因现有途径存在局限性而发展缓慢。基于普及知识产权知识的重要性与紧迫性,要使高校知识产权普及教育步入常态化,应当借鉴国内外高校的有益经验,充分利用高校自身现有资源,通过打破学科界限,采取搭档授课,拓展慕课教学等多种新途径开展知识产权普及教育。
University students' public awareness of intellectual property right, set as a strategic goal by 2020 in the Outline of the National Intellectual Property Strategy, is relatively weak since the universal education of intellectual property in universities is inadequately approached. This paper argues that it is urgent and significant to refer to domestic and overseas universities to make full use of available resources, cross-disciplinary instructions and MOOCs.
