摘要
总结和归纳了禾谷类作物淀粉结构、类型,胚乳淀粉生物合成途径、关键酶的功能和代谢调控,并对胚乳糯性和淀粉合成的联系进行了阐述。简要概述了不同作物(小麦、大麦、水稻、高粱、玉米、粟、薏苡等)Waxy基因结构、突变形式和糯性形成机制,并对Waxy的在农业生产和育种等方面应用前景进行了展望。
The form and structure of starch and its biosythesis pathway involving the key enzymes and themethod of metabolism regulation were summarized in this paper, the relationship between Waxy property ofendosperm and starch biosythesis was stated as well. The structure and mutants of Waxy gene along withmechanisms of Waxy trait emerging in several crops(wheat, barley, rice, sorghum, maize, common millet, Job'stears, ect.) were summed up in a brief way. An outlook of Waxy application in agricultural production andbreeding were also discussed.
