摘要
以南广铁路肇庆西江特大桥为背景,针对大跨度钢拱桥的桥式方案,对钢箱拱桥和钢管桁架拱桥从结构性能、耐久性、工程造价、施工方法等多方面进行了综合比选;以西江特大桥486m中承式钢箱提篮拱桥为例,针对桥梁的主要设计参数进行了详尽阐述,包括矢跨比、拱轴系数、拱肋内倾角、横撑布置、吊杆形式、桥面系方案等;介绍了桥梁相关的静力、动力计算结果;针对大尺寸钢箱拱肋结构、钢混桥面系结构的结构方案及结构尺寸进行了描述;对大跨度钢箱拱桥"边段竖转+中段提升"、"缆索吊机节段悬拼"施工方案进行了综合研究比选。
On the background of Xijiang Bridge on Nanning--Guangzhou Railway Line, it was carried out a comprehensive comparison between the schemes of large-span steel-box arch bridge and large-span steel tube truss arch bridge, including structural performance, durability, cost and construction methods, etc. Taking the main span of 486 m half-through steel box basket arch bridge of Xijiang Bridge for example, the main design parameters of the bridge were described, including span ratio, arch axis coefficient, the inclination angle of arch rib, transverse brace arrangement, boom form, bridge deck system scheme, etc. Static, dynamic calculation results related to the bridge were introduced. The scheme and the size of large-size steel-box arch rib structure and the steel-concrete deck structure were described. The construction schemes of "vertically rotating the side sections and elevating the middle one" ,"segment cantilevered assembly by cable crane" for the large-span steel-box arch bridge were researched and compared.
