摘要
在分析胜任特征的具体内涵及主要胜任力模型的基础上,将其运用到高校辅导员专业化发展维度研究上,探讨了心理契约、导师组模式、国际化视野和360度绩效评价等提升辅导员胜任力的有效路径。
Through analysis of the implied meaning of competence and major competence models, the author implements the con- cepts into professional development of college counselors and expounds on such effective pathways as psychological contract, model of supervisor group, international outlook and 360 - degree performance evaluation to enhance greatly their competence.
