摘要
近年来,随着我国经济快速发展,居民消费能力提高,消费形式、要求呈现多样化。党中央多次提出通过促进居民消费拉动内需,以推动经济发展,但这与我国生态资源承受力有限之间形成不可回避的矛盾。因而,建设生态文明,提倡绿色消费,成为我国实现经济可持续发展和"中国梦"的必由之路。在这个过程中,国家、企业、个人应承担起各自相应的责任和义务。
In recent years,the economy has developed rapidly,and residents＇ consumption has increased,the consumption form and requirements has been diversified. In the report of the party＇s plan outline,there are many points about promoting economic development by stimulating the residents＇ consumption. But this has formed an inevitable conflict between it and China＇s limited ecological resources tolerance. Therefore,building ecological civilization and advocating green consumption is the only way to realize the ＂ China dream＂ and the sustainable economic development. In this process,the state,enterprises,individuals should undertake their own responsibility and obligation.
