摘要
近年来食糖价格出现剧烈波动的情况一定程度上影响了农业生产和物价稳定,对蔗农、制糖企业的生产经营产生了巨大的影响。同时,由于制糖业的特殊性,政府在其中扮演的角色也越来越重要,如何兼顾蔗农和制糖企业的利益成为主产区政府需要认真研究的课题。本文从影响食糖价格变化的角度分析,运用VAR模型分析货币供应量对食糖价格的影响过程和方式,在此基础上结合国内经济的基本情况解释食糖价格变化的原因及影响,并提出对策建议。
In recent years,the sugar price has deeply influenced agricultural production order and the steady ofprice because of the fierce fluctuation of the price,which remarkably affected the sugarcane farmers and the sugar en-terprises. Meanwhile,as the particularity of the sugar industries,the role of government is becoming more and moreimportant. We need to study seriously the subject of how to considering the interest with both sugarcane farmers andthe sugar enterprises. This article studies the changes of sugar price,and uses VAR model to analyze the method andthe influence of money supply. Combined with the situation of economics,we explain the velocity of the sugar price. Fi-nally,we offer some advice to deal with this influence.
