摘要
子宫内膜异位症的发病原因和发病机制至今尚不清楚,随着人们生活节奏加快及工作压力的加重,近年来其发病率有明显上升趋势,尤其所致的慢性盆腔痛缠绵难愈,严重影响了患者的正常生活和身心健康。祖国医学历代医家对子宫内膜异位症慢性盆腔痛都有一定的认识,现在越来越多国内外研究者开始关注子宫内膜异位症引起的慢性盆腔痛,对子宫内膜异位症引起的慢性盆腔痛诊断明确才可正确指导治疗。
The etiology and pathogenesis of endometriosis is still not clear. In recent years,endometriosis,s incidence has been on the increase,with the speeding up of people＇s life and the increasing pressure from work. Chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis seriously affects the patient＇s normal life. Generations of physicians of Chinese medicine all had a certain understanding of chronic pelvic pain. More and more researchers from domestic and foreign begin to pay close attention to it. Only its diagnosis clears can make correct treatment.
