微小RNA与子宫内膜异位症的研究进展

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EM)病因机制复杂,不同部位的EM其发病机制可能不同,细胞的黏附、侵袭,新生血管形成是被大部分学者认定的EM形成中的病理生理过程。mi RNA通过在转录水平上对相关基因的表达进行的负调控,使其在EM病变细胞与正常组织细胞中差异性表达,均与EM的发生、发展有关。通过对mi RNA的深入研究,有利于揭示EM的发病机制,对于EM的诊断与治疗提供新的思路。 The mechanism and etiology of Endometriosis is usually complicated,occurring different parts of EM has its own mechanism,the cell of adhesion,attack and angiogenesis has been considered as the pathophysiological procedure of EM by most of the scholars. mi RNA via reverse regulation to the genes on the transciriptional level,and the different of genes expression between EM and normal group,all this are relation to the development of EM. By deeply working with mi RNA,is benefit for revealing the mechanism of EM,and providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of EM.
