摘要
在改革开放不断深入,市场经济不断强化的新形势下,要不断发挥思想政治工作引领思想、保证方向、助推发展的重要作用,就需要在政工队伍方面狠下工夫。而党政机关思想政治工作是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线,是我们党和国家的重要政治优势。新时期开展机关思想政治工作,就是坚持以马克思主义中国化的最新成果为指导,对机关党员干部进行有组织、有目的的思想教育。当前思想政治工作存在内容针对性不强,工作形式单一,缺乏激励机制等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出思想政治工作的对策措施。
Under the new situation of the continuous deepening of the reform and opening up, and the continuous strengthening of market economy, in order to continuously and fully play the important role of ideological and political work in guiding the ideology, ensuring the direction and impelling the development, the political work team should make great efforts. The ideological and political work of Party and government offices is the life line of the economic work and all other work, as well as an important political advantage of our Party and country. To implement ideological and political work in Party and government offices in the new period is to implement organized and targeted ideological education for Party members and cadres guided by the latest results of Marxism in China. But there are some problems in the current ideological and political work, such as aimlessness, single style of work, and lack of incentive mechanism. In view of these problems, this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures.
