摘要
目的探讨复方猪苓汤在慢性肾小球肾炎治疗中的应用研究。方法选取2013年8月到2014年11月我院接诊的34例肾小球肾炎患者,按照入院的先后顺序分为两组,实验组17例和对照组17例,实验组给予复方猪苓汤,对照组给予益气芡实合剂,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者血肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白定量及不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方猪苓汤在慢性肾小球肾炎治疗中效果显著,有效改善患者的肾功能,降低不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective Applied research on compound polyporus umbel atus decoction in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis is to be investigated. Methods Choose 34 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who are treated in hospital from August 2013 to November 2014 and separate them into two groups according to hospitalization sequence with 17 patients in study group and 17 patients in control group; patients in study group are given compound polyporus umbel atus decoction,and patients in control group are given Qi gorgon mixture treatment; and then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results The treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than treatment efficacy in control group; there is a differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Besides,patients’serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen rate, proteinuria content and side-effect incidence in study group are quite lower than those in control group;there is a differential between the two groups, and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound polyporus umbel atus decoction is of efficacy in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis; it is conducive to improving patients’renal function and reducing side-effect incidence; therefore,it is rather worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinical y.
