摘要
目的：研究益气活血化痰汤治疗缺血性中风的效果。方法搜集2013年7月～2014年8月我院接收的缺血性中风38例患者，根据治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组。给予对照组19例常规治疗，给予研究组19例益气活血化痰汤治疗。观察对照组与研究组的治疗效果，并比较分析。结果研究组神经功能缺损评分改善情况优于对照组，且治疗有效率高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论益气活血化痰汤治疗缺血性中风的效果较为显著，可推广。
Objective The ef ect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan decoction in treatment of ischemic stroke is to be investigated. Methods Choose 38 ischemic stroke patients who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into study group and control group according to dif erent attendance approaches;19 patients in control group are given conventional treatment;while 19 patients in study group are given Yiqi Huoxue Huatan decoction treatment;and then observe and compare attendance efficacy of the two groups. Results The patients’neurology function defect improvement in study group is much more favorable than patients in control group with a higher score;besides,the treatment ef icacy in study group is much higher than that in control group;there is a treatment dif erential between the two groups,and such a dif erential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Huatan decoction is of ef icacy in treatment of ischemic stroke,which is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
