摘要
目的：分析步长脑心通胶囊在脑出血恢复期治疗中的应用效果。方法搜集2013年7月～2014年9月我院接收的脑出血恢复期36例患者，根据治疗方法不同进行分组。对照组共17例，治疗方法为常规治疗；研究组共19例，在对照组基础上应用步长脑心通胶囊。观察比较两组疗效。结果研究组神经功能缺损评分改善情况优于对照组，且治疗有效率较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论步长脑心通胶囊在脑出血恢复期治疗中的应用效果佳，可推广应用。
Objective To investigate application efficacy of Buchang Naoxintong capsule medicine in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage during recovery time. Methods Select 36 cerebral hemorrhage patients during their recovery time who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into two groups according to differential treatment approaches. 17 patients in control group are given conventional treatment,while 19 patients in study group are given additional Buchang Naoxintong capsule medicine,and then observe and compare treatment efficacy of the two groups. Results Patients’neurological function improvement in study group is much better than that in control group,besides,the treatment efficacy in study group is higher than treatment efficacy in control group;there is a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Buchang Naoxintong capsule medicine is of application value in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage during recovery time and such a treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be clinical y promoted.
