摘要
目的：研究临床路径在支气管哮喘护理中的应用效果。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年8月我院接收的支气管哮喘34例患者，根据患者就诊日期单双号分为两组，对照组共17例，接受常规护理，观察组共17例，护理时应用临床路径。观察并比较两组效果。结果观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异较大，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床路径在支气管哮喘护理中的应用效果佳，具有较大应用价值。
Objective Application effect of clinical pathway in treatment of bronchial asthma is to be studied. Methods Choose 34 bronchial asthma patients who are treated in hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into groups according to their hospital visitation date number ,odd number and even number. 17 patients in control group are given conventional treatment,while 17 patients in study group are given clinical pathway treatment;and then observe and compare treatment efficacy between two groups. Results Rate of patients’satisfaction with treatment in study group is much higher than counterpart in control group; there is a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical pathway is of efficacy and application value in treatment of bronchial asthma.
