摘要
目的：分析健康体检中腹部超声的应用价值。方法搜集2013年9月～2014年9月我院健康体检40例，对全部体检者进行腹部超声，并对超声检查的应用价值进行总结性分析。结果40例体检者经腹部超声共检出4例脂肪肝，1例肝癌，1例胆囊结石，1例肝囊肿，1例胆囊息肉，2例肾结石，结果有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论健康体检中腹部超声的应用价值较大，需引起重视。
Objective Clinical value of abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of acute pancreatitis is to be researched. Methods Choose 40 patients who take health examination in hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 and have them examined by abdomen ultrasound,and then make a summary analysis of ultrasound examination. Results Of al 40 cases,there are 4 cases of fatty liver,one case of liver cancer,one case of gal stone,one case of gal bladder polyps and two cases of kidney stone,such a result has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal ultrasound is of high application value in health examination,which should be attached importance.
