摘要
在利益相关者众多且分散的情况下,我国的慈善社会组织衍生出众多问题,如管理体制不顺、资金管理不当和项目运作不善等,这些问题严重弱化了慈善组织的社会公信力。因此,本文在分析我国现有慈善组织监管机制的基础上,借鉴其他国家对慈善组织的监管制度,进而探讨构建我国慈善组织监管机制的有效路径,从而推动我国慈善事业的可持续发展。
Because the stakeholders are many and scattered,charitable organizations have a lot of problems in China such as management system issues,financial mismanagement and poor operation of projects.These problems weaken the credibility of charitable organizations. Based on analyzing the problems of charitable organizations and learning from other countries regulatory system,the paper probes the valid regulatory path which promoting the development of our charity organizations.
