摘要
本研究利用相位衬度成像的高软组织衬度、高图像分辨率的优势,探索其在乳腺癌早期诊断上的可行性。选用一种适用于乳腺相衬成像的微型仿体(体模),同时具备半定量和病变模拟功能,进行成像研究。结果显示,相位衬度成像能够区分各种仿体材料搭配模拟的各种病变形态,如钙化、乳腺病变纤维结构和正常乳腺条索样结构等。
We tried to use the high soft tissue contrast and high image resolution of phase contrast imaging method to explore the possibility in breast carcinoma diagnosis. One breast phantom was chosen for the imaging experiment which has semi- quantitative and lesion simulation functions and being suitable for phase contrast imaging. The results show that phase contrast imaging can distinguish different lesion simulated materials,such as calcification,diseased breast fiber,normal structures and etc.
