摘要
针对目前动态校准装置难以安全产生窄脉冲激励信号的问题,基于Hopkinson压杆技术,以压缩空气作为激励源,采用子弹撞击杆的方式,提出了一种可以产生6~10μs窄脉冲校准系统。该系统选用600 mm×10 mm的钛合金Hopkinson杆,使用应变片和轴向激光干涉仪同时测量获取窄脉冲信号。利用该系统进行了动态校准实验,实验结果表明,该系统产生的窄脉冲可充分激励起8309的谐振频率,通过幅频特性曲线得其工作频带。
