从港口机械设备和人员安全以及作业效率的角度入手,详细介绍了一种新型的拨车机全自动牵引工艺,通过对该工艺的合理分解,重点分析了该工艺在煤炭重车首、末循环两个关键接卸环节中的特点和优势,并对比之前的两种牵引工艺,进行了安全评估和效率分析。
This article introduces in detail a new kind of full automatic pulling process by port train puller from the view of port machinery equipment,personnel safety and operation efficiency.By means of reasonable decomposition to this process,it analyzes the characteristics and advantages of this process in two key coal discharging notes of first and last cycle operation in case of fully load.Based on the contrast against the former two pulling processes,the safety evaluation and efficiency analysis are carried out.
