摘要 利用多体动力学软件SIMPACK,针对某高速列车转向架中存在的初始轮径差进行动力学仿真,并依据其仿真结果研究初始轮径差的限度制定标准。结果表明:初始轮径差在-0.5^+0.5mm的范围内,对列车运行稳定性与轮轨磨耗影响较大,对曲线通过安全性影响较小,对列车运行平稳性几乎没有影响。仿真结果对动车组目前规定的初始轮径差限度的进一步完善具有指导意义。 By using the multi-body dynamic simulation software SIMPACK,the author simulates the dynamic performance when the ini- tial wheel radius difference exists, and researches the radius difference limit standards based on the results. The results show that when the initial wheel radius difference is in the range of -0.5 mm to +0.5 mm,it has greater impact on nonlinear critical speeds and wheel/ rail wear, less impact on the security of curve passing, and almost no impact on stabilities of the train. The above simulation results with guidance for further improvement of the currently prescribed limits to initial wheel radius difference.
