摘要
文章分析烧结过程中主抽风机风量在烧结机台车上、管道内及风门上消耗的原理,建立主抽变频自动控制烧结过程机理模型,通过参数辨识,对其参数进行确认并仿真。模型仿真证明,在相同的输入状态下,模型输出与实际输出误差很小,模型有效,可用于主抽变频自动控制的研究。
In the paper,the principles of consuming air volume of main exhauster on trolley and air door as well as in pipe of sintering machine in sintering process are analyzed. Moreover,the mechanism model for sintering process of automatic control with frequency conversion for main exhauster is established and its parameters are identified and simulated through parameter identification. The model simulation proves that the errors between output of model and actual output are so small in the same input mode that the model is effective and could be used for studying automatic control with frequency conversion for main exhauster.
