摘要
总结70例眼外伤失眠患者的中医辨证施护体会。经辨证有肝郁化火证、痰热内扰证、阴虚火旺证、心脾两虚证、心胆气虚证,在中医辨证施治基础上对失眠进行施护,做好生活起居护理、情志护理、饮食调护、给药护理、耳穴埋豆及中药穴位贴敷治疗等中医特色护理。70例患者经辨证用药及施护,11例治愈,51例有效,8例无效。
It summarized the syndrome differentiation nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine of 70 cases of ocular trauma patients with insomnia.There were liver depression transforming into fire syndrome,phlegm-heat syndrome,hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency syndrome,heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,heart and gallblader deficiency syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on syndrome differentiation of insomnia,good living nursing,psychological nursing,diet nursing,medication nursing,ear acupuncture and acupoint sticking therapy of traditional Chinese medicine nursing were used.After syndrome differentiation and treatment and nursing,11 cases were cured,51 cases effective and 8 cases ineffective.
