正前角斜齿梳齿刀的刃磨工艺设计

摘要 对比国内外梳齿工艺现状发现,国产梳齿刀的设计理念和刃磨工艺过于陈旧;生产出的刀具使用不便,梳齿工艺的优势得不到充分发挥,制约了梳齿工艺技术在中国的发展,应尽快与国际通行刀接轨。 By comparing the conditions of the tooth-slotting procedure home and abroad,a conclusion is achieved:the design and the blade grinding procedure of domestic knife are out of date. Due to the bad application of such knife made in this procedure,the comparison advantages of tooth-slotting process can not be developed completely. The development of tooth-slotting procedure in China is restricted. The resolution of this problem is to bring Chinese procedure in line with international popular cutter.
