南疆日光温室油桃CO_2施肥效应研究 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】研究增施CO2气肥对日光温室油桃光合速率及产量、品质的影响。【方法】在日光温室油桃果实发育期进行CO2气肥补充,设置施肥区和对照区(不施肥),测定两小区CO2浓度和Pn,果实成熟期测定单株产量及果实品质指标。【结果】施肥区全天CO2浓度平均值较对照区提高12.4%,光合速率平均值较对照区提高48.2%;与对照区相比,CO2施肥区的中油5号和丽春在果实着色指数、单果重、单株产量、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、VC、果胶含量等品质指标方面具有显著或极显著差异。【结论】南疆日光温室油桃果实发育期增施CO2气肥能较好解决温室内CO2亏缺,提高油桃的光合速率,而且油桃品质得到改善,果实商品性提高。 【Objective】The project aims to study the effect of CO2 enrichment on photosynthetic rate,yield and quality of the nectarine in Southern Xinjiang.【Method】Supplying CO2 enrichment and setting the fertilization areas and the control areas( no fertilizer) to measure the CO2 concentration and Pn / Re in the fruit development period,and measure the yield per plant and the main quality indicators in the fruit maturity period.【Result】Compared with the control area,the average CO2 concentration was improved by 12. 4% and photosynthetic rate improved by 48. 2% throughout the day in the fertilization area. The fruit color index,weight,yield per plant,soluble solid,soluble sugar,Vc,pectin content and other aspects of quality indicators of‘Zhongyout 5'and‘Lichun',compared with the control area,had significant or very significant differences in the fertilization area. 【Conclusion】Increasing CO2 enrichment in the fruit development period could better solve the CO2 deficit in greenhouses,improve photosynthetic rate,yield and quality,and what is more,greatly enhance the marketability of the fruit.
