棉花海陆棉杂交后代农艺与纤维品质性状相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】研究同亲本海岛棉与陆地棉正反杂交,后代群体农艺性状和纤维品质的相关性,为棉花育种提供参考依据。【方法】对新疆陆地棉品种新陆中36号和海岛棉品种新海21号正反杂交后代进行测定,利用SPSS软件分析。【结果】正反海陆杂交群体中,农艺性状与纤维品质的相互影响是衣分与绒长呈显著负相关,马克隆值与株高呈显著正相关;纤维品质对纺纱指数的通径分析表明,正交群体HL13中为:比强度>绒长>马克隆值;反交群体LH13中为:比强度>整齐度>绒长>马克隆值。比强度、绒长、马克隆值都能增强纺纱指数。但反交群体LH13中还包括了整齐度,进一步增加了纺纱指数;关联度分析中,正反交群体,纤维品质性状不受环境影响,而农艺性状受环境影响而各不相同。【结论】正反杂交群体,农艺性状与纤维品质间,衣分与绒长呈显著负相关,马克隆值与株高呈显著正相关;纤维品质对纺纱指数的通径分析表明,正交群体中:比强度、绒长、马克隆值,偏重比强度和绒长;反交群体:比强度、整齐度、绒长、马克隆值,偏重比强度和整齐度。因而影响纤维品质的重要因素正反群体大致相同,但也会有区别。 [Objective] This project aims to explore the correlation between agronomic traits and fiber quality of sea - land cotton hybrid progeny with parents of sea island cotton and upland cotton and hybrid offspring group and provide a reference basis for cotton breeding. [ Method] Reciprocal cross progeny testing of Xinluzhong 36 and Xinhai 21 in Xinjiang upland cotton varieties was carried out SPSS software was applied to analyze them. [ Result] Positive and negative sea- land hybrid groups, agronomic traits and fiber quality that influenced each other were the lint length, and incompatible micronaire and plant height were significantly positively related ; Fiber quality of spinning index size analysis showed that the orthogonal group was HL13 : specific strength 〉 lint length 〉 incompatible micronaire; The ahemating group LH13 :specific strength 〉 uniformity 〉 lint length 〉 micronaire, which showed that speeifie strength, lint length and incompatible micronaire could enhance the yarn index; But the uniformity was included in the LH13, wgich further increased the spinning index; Correlation analysis showed that in the positive and negative groups, fiber quality trait was not affected by the environment, and environmental impacts on agronomic traits varied. [ Conclusion ] Between positive and negative cross group, agronomic traits and fiber quality'of lint and length had significantly negative correlation, and incompatible micronaire and plant height were significantly positively related; Fiber quality of spinning index size analysis showed that in the orthogonal group: among the specific strength, lint length and incompatible micronaire, the previous two seemed more important. But in the alternating group, among the strength, uniformity, lint length, incompatible micronaire, the previous two seemed more important than the latter two ones, so the important factors that affected fiber quality was roughly the same, but differences existed there.
