摘要
建筑渗漏已成为除建筑结构外影响建筑质量的第二大问题,渗漏原因错综复杂。本文通过屋面和墙面两个渗漏实例,对防水质量和渗漏原因进行了鉴定,并从防水设计、选材、施工、使用等四个环节分析了影响防水工程质量的因素。
Leakage has become the second biggest problem for construction quality besides architecture structure, and thecauses of leakage are complicated. The article takes a roof leakage and a wall leakage as examples for the identification ofwaterproofing quality and leakage causes, and analyzes the influencing factors of waterproofing quality from the perspectivesof design, material selection, application and use.
