摘要
为了适应当今中小企业的发展与变化的需要,本文针对科技型中小企业技术创新绩效评价指标体系展开了分析,概述了指标体系设计的基本原则与思路,对技术创新绩效评价指标体系的构建进行了深入的思考,并提供了一系列的有效措施,以期能为有关方面提供有益的参考和借鉴。
In order to adapt to the need of the change and development of the small and medium-sized enterprises,the paper mainly aimed at small and mid-sized enterprise technology innovation performance evaluation index system for analysis,on the basic principles and ideas of the index system design of the system overview,and for the construction of index system for performance evaluation of technology innovation,it provided a series of effective measures and make a deep thinking in order to give the beneficial reference for the needs of the relevant parties and using for reference.
