摘要
"三分规划,七分实施"充分说明了实施在规划整个生命周期中的重要性。环境保护规划的实施评估对及时掌握规划实施进展,保障规划顺利实施具有重要作用。本文结合重庆市近年来环境保护规划评估工作经验,分析规划实施评估过程中存在的主要问题,并提出对策建议。
＂Thirty percent planning,seventy percent implementation＂had fully showed the importance of implementation during entire life-cycle planning. Evaluation on the environmental protection planning implementation plays an important role in grasping the planning implementation progress in timely and guaranteeing the smooth implementation of planning. Combined with the work experience of environmental protection planning evaluation of Chongqing City in recent years,this article analyzed main existing problems during the evaluation process of planning implementation and proposed countermeasures and suggestions.
