膜生物反应器与污水源热泵技术在建设绿色校园中的应用研究

摘要 为实现绿色校园建设,以膜生物反应器(MBR)技术和污水源热泵技术联用方法构建了校园污水综合处理与利用系统,考察了该系统对污水处理及水资源回收和热能回收的实际运行效果,并通过生产运行结果对该系统的技术经济性进行分析。MBR工艺可有效处理校园污水并实现回用,回收水资源用于校园绿化、景观湖补水等用途;污水源热泵技术可回收污水冷热能用于部分校内建筑的采暖与供冷。膜生物反应器与污水源热泵都具有较显著的经济效益和环境效益,适合于绿色校园建设。 In order to construct green campus,membrane biological reactor( MBR) and sewage source heat pump technology were applied in campus wastewater comprehensive treatment and utilization system. The efficiency of wastewater treatment,water resource utilization and heat recovery were evaluated. In addition,the technological economy was analyzed based on operation result. The study showed that MBR process was effective to treat campus wastewater. The effluent quality from MBR system could meet the standard of reclaimed water and could be used for landscaping and replenishment. The sewage heat pump system reclaimed heat energy from the MBR effluent. The heat energy could be utilized in heating and cooling for campus buildings. The MBR and sewage source heat pump system had significant economic and environmental benefits for constructing green campus.
