Geomechanics testing and support method design of rock mass around deep roadway

摘要 针对官地煤矿深部巷道围岩地质力学特性模糊、支护设计盲目性大、巷道破坏严重等问题,通过多种测试方法确定了巷道掘进的最佳方向为N81.4°W;得到煤体和岩体的平均强度分别为14.67MPa和30.62MPa。结合FLAC3D数值分析,确定深部巷道采用W型钢带、锚杆、锚索联合支护技术。工业试验结果表明,巷道顶板下沉量和两帮移近量分别稳定于23~27mm和41.5~50.5mm,远小于安全预警值。 Aimed at the problems in Guandi Coal Mine, such as indistinct geomechanics properties of rock mass around deep roadway, serious blindness of support design and severe de- struction of roadway, many methods were used for testing. The testing results showed that the best direction of roadway construction was NW 81.4°, the mean intensity of coal and rock mass were 14.67 MPa and 30.62 MPa. According to the numerical analysis of FLAC 3D, the author determined to adopt the support technology of W-steel tape, bolt and cable was adopted in deep roadways. Industrial test showed the deflection of roof and the deformation around roadway were 23~27 mm and 41.5~50.5mm, which were much less than the safety pre-warning value.
